Moon Phases

In The Ancestors' Path the moon phase is used for a more complete understanding of the Paths of Directions. The best way to recognize the moon phase is by direct observation. Notice the moon's resemblance to the Yin and Yang symbol.

In the I Ching the sun is (Yang), and the moon is (Yin).
It was the ancients' inspiration for this universal symbol of opposites.
