Preparation: Ointment preparation would be a mixture of powdered root and fat, oil or petroleum jelly. Prepare tea for a tonic by pouring one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of pulverized yucca root. Steep for thirty minutes and strain. Take as needed, up to two cups a day.
