Indigenous Use: Angelica is used for all kinds of stomach ailments. It is also used as a purification herb in the pipe ceremony.
Other Uses: Also used as a circulation enhancer and mild expectorant.
Preparation: When making root tea, place two teaspoons of dried root in three cups of water. Simmer until half the water has evaporated. Strain and take a quarter of a cup four times daily.
