Before completion, make a careful transition.
The elders differentiate between the order of things.

Transition is not an easy process. We see this in childbirth—after expelling the water from the womb the baby breathes in the air of the world. Make a transition carefully and with great respect. The elders know how to prepare for changes in the tribe, as well as in the seasons.
