Honor comes from the leader.
The elders add brightness to their future.

Progress can only continue when tribal members work together in harmony. The leader is a figurehead that all the tribe honors for the sake of harmony among the different clans. The elders' progress brings them closer to their last journey, for which they are already preparing themselves.
